Title: Grilled Potato W/smoked Salmon

2tbOlive oil
1tbFinely chopped dill
1lbRed potatoes, sliced 1/4 " thick
1/2cSour cream
4ozSmoked salmon, slivered
1/2cFinely chopped red onion freshly ground black pepper to tast

Combine oil and dill. Brush on potato slices. Place on grill and close cover. Grill about 3 minutes per side or until tender. Remove from grill, top with a dab of sour cream, slivers of smoked salmon and a sprinkling of red onion. Dust with pepper. Makes about 20 canap=E9s.
